COURT HEARING ON CLAIM OF LASCO EX-EXECUTIVES POSTPONED



JSC Latvijas kuģniecība (Latvian Shipping Company - LASCO) hereby 

informs that Riga Central District Court has resolved to postpone 

hearing on the claims submitted by LASCO former executives for 

the cancellation of the Shareholders Meeting resolution and 

compensation of losses. The court hearing was scheduled for 

today, 29 September 2005. The resolution on the postponement of 

the hearing was passed based on the request submitted by the 

claimants’ representative. The hearing of the above-mentioned claims

by Riga Central District Court was postponed till 8 November 2005.
