AB "Dvarcioniu keramika"        Essential event    3-10-2005



   Regarding  debt repayment

 

On 30th of September 2005 AB "Dvar?ioni? keramika" refinanced its financial

obligations: repaid the loans to AB Bank "Snoras" amounting to 7,6 million LTL

 and 1,1 million EUR and repaid the loan to AB "Turto bankas" amounting to

 6,1 million USD as well as redeemed the promissory notes of

 AB "Dvar?ioni? keramika" for the amount of 1,4 million EUR. The

above-mentioned obligations were covered by the credit that was received

from AB Bank "Hansabankas" for refinancing purposes.
