Appointment of a new single-person managing body of SEB Vilniaus Bankas 



From 1 January 2006 Audrius Žiugžda shall be a single-person 

managing body - manager (the President) of SEB Vilniaus Bankas.

Till 31 December 2005 (inclusive)the President of SEB Vilniaus 

Bankas shall remain present manager of the SEB Vilniaus Bankas

Julius Niedvaras.
