1.	To revoke the Supervisory Board members: V.Martinsons,J.Laucis,J.Salenieks,A.Prikašs,

A.Smiltniece

To elect a new Supervisory Board: V.Martinsons,J.Salenieks,A.Prikašs,A.Smiltniece, J.Voins.

2.	To authorize Management Board, with the consent of Supervisory Board, to dispose on 

non-profile assets, and to invest proceeds in reconstruction and modernization, as well as 

to pay off the loans.
