To approve  the Amendments to the Amended and Restated Agreement signed on 18-06-2002 at the Extraordinary General Meeting 

 be convened at 13.00 PM on 10 October 2005 taking into account oil product transshipment rates, confirmed by the meeting

 of the board of SC KN on September 2005 (Minutes of the meeting N J3-8 (Contract Amendments attached)

(To  apply as from 1 September 2005 the following transshipment ratesto oil products shipped from SC Mazeikiu nafta 

to SC Klaipedos Nafta: Fuel oil- LTL 12.50 per ton; other oil products - LTL 11.50 per ton
