New “Baltic Trust Bank” mortgage bonds to be listed on the RSE 



RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of October 11, 2005 to list, starting with 

October 18, 2005, 30,000  JSC “Baltic Trust Bank” BTB 5YR USD B02 series mortgage bonds on 

the RSE Bond list. Nominal value is USD 100. The mortgage bonds mature on August 15, 2010; 

coupon rate is 6-month USD LIBOR+1.00%. Coupon is paid on semi-annual basis on February 15 

and on August 15. The RSE trading code is BTBBFLOT10AB and SAXESS order book technical ID 

is 31633.  

The issue prospectus was registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission and
