Consolidated nine - month results and updated forecast for 2005



Preliminary result of the Company’s activity for nine - month 

period consolidated with subsidiary company Hoechst-Biotika 

totaled LTL 7.03 m.  (€ 2.036 m.). Consolidated sales totaled 

LTL 44.304 m. (€ 12.831 m.).

According to the updated forecast the result of the company’s 

activity for 2005 is net profit of LTL 9.438 m. (€ 2.734 m.). 

The sales shall amount LTL 59.6 m. (€ 17.281 m.).
