JSC “OT Grupa” files for insolvency



As a result of debt collection activities initiated by “Latvijas Gāze”, the assets on the 

accounts of “OT Grupa”, maintained with credit institutions in Latvia, have been blocked.

Considering the above situation and the existence of certain features of insolvency, JSC 

“OT Grupa” management board filed for insolvency at court on October 17, 2005.
