According to the terms and conditions of LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ

bonds, the partial early redemption of LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ

bonds (IKPB058029AB) takes place today, on October 19, 2005. In total 13,359

bonds of LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ (10.18% of the total quantity)

will be deregistered from Estonian Central Register of Securities due to

redemption.
