New “Baltic Trust Bank” mortgage bonds to be listed on the RSE 



RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of October 20, 2005 to list, starting with 

October 26, 2005, 30,000  JSC “Baltic Trust Bank” BTB 2.5YR LVL A02 series mortgage bonds on 

the RSE Bond list. Nominal value is LVL 100. The mortgage bonds mature on February 15, 2008; 

coupon rate is 6-month LVL RIGIBOR+1.00%. Coupon is paid on semi-annual basis on February 15 

and on August 15. The RSE trading code is BTBBFLOT08AB and SAXESS order book technical ID is 

31690.  

The issue prospectus was registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission and is
