JSC Rigas Transporta flote reports increase of holding by Lavinia Corporation



According to Item 61 of the Law of Financial instruments market JSC Rigas 

Transporta flote informs - “Lavinia Corporation” has obtained an indirect 

holding in JSC “Rīgas Transporta flote” in the following manner: “Belmondo 

Corporation”, its 100% owned daughter company, on October 19, 2005 acquired 

all shares in companies “Fishfriends Corp. S.A.” and “Roundtable International 

Inc.”, shareholders of JSC “Rīgas Transporta Flote”. Thus “Lavinia Corporation” 

indirectly has obtained 19,896,750 votes in “Rīgas Transporta Flote”, or, 

85.35% of voting shares.
