Announcement of the terms of reorganization fulfilment



In accordance with approved the terms of reorganisation of AB “STUMBRAS”on

 8 November 2005 was held General Meeting by way of splitting founding AB”BIOFUTURE” .

General Meeting of AB”BIOFUTURE” elected the members of the Management Board.

The members of the Management Boar were elected: Arturas Listavicius,

 Romas Apulskis and Aurelijus Racevicius.
