A change in JSC “Rīgas Ostas Elevators” shareholder structure - transfer



A private person Jānis Leimanis reports a transfer of 411,724 non-public voting shares in 

“Rīgas Ostas Elevators”, thus reducing his holding to 298,067 shares, including 1,808 public 

shares. As of November 1, 2005 J.Leimanis owns 18.98% of voting shares.
