Resolutions of JSC „Preiļu siers” EGM of November 17, 2005



1.	To cease the listing of „Preiļu siers” registered shares on a regulated market.

2.	On behalf of the shareholders voting for leaving a regulated market, to issue a 

mandate to Jāzeps Šņepsts to launch a mandatory share buyback offer.
