ABOUT TRADING IN AS TALLINK GRUPP SHARES DURING THE FIRST TRADING DAY



In the beginning of the trading period the reference price is equal to the 

offering price EUR 5.27 (EEK 82.50). In the beginning of the trading period 

the reference limits are +15% (EUR 6.06) ja -15% (EUR 4.48).



Opening auction between 9:45 and 10:00:



- Reference limits will not be changed.



Trading period between 10:00 and 13:50:



- Should the best bid price reach the upper reference limit +15 % (EUR 6.06) 

or should the best ask price reach the lower reference limit -15% (EUR 4.48) 

during the trading period, the stock exchange will suspend trading for 

15 minutes. 



- The stock exchange will publish an announcement stating the new reference 

limits, the moment of entry into force of the new limits and the moment of 

resumption of trading. The limits will be changed using 10% steps.



- During the 15-minutes suspension, investors may amend or cancel their 

orders, should the new reference limits not correspond to their expectations 

towards completing their orders. 



- Trading will be resumed at the moment stated in the announcement. 



- Should the best bid price or the best ask price reach the new reference 

limit, the abovementioned actions will repeat during the trading period. 





In order to avoid completing orders at unfavourable price, we recommend 

using "Limit Orders" especially during the first trading day. Should 

investors use “Market Price Orders”, they are advised to be very cautious 

and to have the comprehensive real-time overview of the current market 

situation.
