Zvaigzdes decided:



Elect Paul Bergqvist as the Board Member of Pieno Zvaigzdes AB. Paul Bergqvist

is the Executive Vice President of Carlsberg Breweries, Board Member in Telenor

AS and City Mail AB.



Reduce the Company‘s undistributed reserves by LTL 3,000,000 (three million) and

establish a reserve of LTL 3,000,000 (three million) to acquire Company‘s shares

as per the Company Law of Republic of Lithuania Article 20 Chapter 1 Item 10.
