About amendments to established Parex Asset Management IPAS funds’ prospectus



On 8 December, 2005 during Parex Asset Management IPAS board meeting several 

amendments were made in the prospectus of the following open end investment 

funds: Parex Conservative Fund, Parex Balanced Fund, Parex Eastern European 

Bond Fund, Parex Russian Equity Fund. Amendments were made to board 

regulations and short prospectus, as well as in the prospectus and board 

regulations of closed end investment funds Parex Baltic Real Estate Fund 

and Parex Baltic High Yield Fund. Amendments are in force starting 

December 9, 2005. 

As to amendments taken: 

5.	The asset management company has been changed, for licensed rendering 

of investment services and state pension funds’ management registration dates.

6.	Information about Society’s registered and paid volume of share 

capital has been updated.

7.	Amendments in Parex Asset Management IPAS board of directors and 

council staff were taken.

8.	The information about investment certificates’ distributors has been 

specified.

The above-mentioned changes will not influence the fund investment portfolio 

and its investors. The prospectus of the fund is available from the official 

website of the Riga Stock Exchange (www.omxgroup.com) and on the website of 

“Parex Asset Management” IPAS (www.parex.lv).
