Lavinia Corporation  on the results of “Rīgas Transporta flote” share buyback.



JSC “Rīgas Transporta flote” share buyback offer closed on December 21, 2005. As a result, 

“Lavinia Corporation” obtained  2,313,020 shares. After the offer Lavinia Corporation  is 

holding 22,209,770 “Rīgas Transporta flote” shares.
