JSC Grindeks about the company’s shares quotation transfer to the Official list



Joint Stock Company Grindeks has appealed to Riga Stock Exchange to transfer the 

company’s shares quotation to the Official list as of 2 January 2006. Together 

with this request company has submitted consolidated audited financial results 

of year 2004, which has been prepared complying with the demands of the 

international accounting standards.
