JSC “Grindeks” to be transferred to the Main list



Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of December 28, 2005 to transfer, 

starting with January 2, 2006, JSC “Grindeks” shares from I-list to Main list.  

JSC “Grindeks” has been listed on the RSE I-list since 1998. There are 6,245,600  public 

bearer voting shares with nominal value LVL 1. The ISIN code is LV0000100659, the RSE trading 

code is GRD1R.  

Thus, starting with January 2, 2006 there will be 5 companies on the RSE Main list (“Grindeks”, 

“Latvijas Gāze”, “Latvijas kuģniecība”, “SAF Tehnika”, “Ventspils nafta”), and 7 companies on 

the I-list.
