ANNOUNCEMENT

 

EXTENSION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE ISSUE

 

During the period of Viisnurk's share issue numerous investors took 

active interest in investing into Viisnurk. At the same time 

investors' decisions were influenced by the deep fall in the equity 

markets and increased volatility in share prices. As the negative 

trends continued in the equity markets last week and at the 

beginning of this week, some of the investors decided to delay 

their investment decisions. Therefore, Viisnurk's share issue will 

not be fully subscribed by the end of the subscription period.

 

Viisnurk's management board has thus decided to extend the 

subscription period of the public share issue until 1 October 2001 

and to focus on financial investors that are interested in 

acquiring substantial part of the public issue. The issue will be 

open to all investors for subscription until 1 October 2001. Other 

terms and conditions of the public share issue will remain 

unchanged.
