AS Merko Ehitus concluded on the 24th of March 1999 the contract with 

the Ministry of Justice for construction of the justice building of 

Tartu at Kalevi St. 1, Tartu. 

Contract price (incl. VAT) is 87 million EEK.

Construction will be finished in January 2001.
