SUCCESSFUL DECLARATION OF TENDER



According to the Boards decision (30 July 2003) of Kunstimuuseumi

Ehituse Sihtasutus the tender of AS MERKO EHITUS with the cost of

EEK 518 938 100 incl. VAT (EUR 33 166 105 incl. VAT) was declared

successful of the state procurement of construction a new building

of Eesti Kunstimuuseum.
