Concluding a contract



AS Merko Ehitus and Skulte Port Authority jointly with SIA Skultes Kokosta

signed the contract for the construction of new pier, wharf in Skulte port

including the related dredging works.



The total value of contract is LVL 3.780.000 (excluding VAT) and the works

shall be completed by December 2006.
