Surveillance Committees

Nasdaq Riga and Nasdaq Tallinn have established surveillance committees to handle suspected violations of exchange regulations. The committees are independent bodies and all their decisions are made public through the dissemination of a press release by the relevant exchange and publication of the information on the exchange’s website.
