Agrowill Group AB shares on the Main List of the Vilnius Stock Exchange

Baltic Market, April 2, 2008 – From today (April 2, 2008) shares of Agrowill Group AB are admitted to the Main List of the Vilnius Stock Exchange (VSE). The decision was made at the VSE Management Board meeting on April 1, 2008, considering that Agrowill Group AB had fulfilled the conditions set by the VSE Management Board.

“The debut of Agrowill Group shares on the stock exchanges marks a new and important milestone in the company’s history. During the offering period altogether 6,777,777 shares of Agrowill Group AB were subscribed. This continues 25 percent of all outstanding shares of the company. The final offering price per one share is set at a flat rate of LTL 5 (EUR 1.45) for all investors who acquired the shares.

Approximately 97.3% of the offered shares were distributed to institutional investors and 2.7% – to retail investors.
