Azerbaijan bank OJSC “Technikabank" bonds listed on NASDAQ OMX Riga

NASDAQ OMX Riga, February 24, 2009 – NASDAQ OMX Riga, AS Management Board resolved on its meeting of February 18 to list OJSC “Technikabank” bonds as of February 24, 2009. Total amount – 100 000 bonds, nominal value – USD 100. Total amount of emission is 10 000 000 USD.

The bonds mature on August 11, 2011; annual coupon rate is 13.5%; coupon is paid on quarterly basis on November 15, February 15, May 15 and August 15. ISIN code is LV0000800746, the stock exchange trading code is TCBB135011AB and SAXESS order book technical ID is 63584.

The issue prospectus has been registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission on February 13, 2009.
