Conditional admission of City Service AB shares to the Vilnius Stock Exchange Main List

On May 18, 2007, the Management Board of the Vilnius Stock Exchange (VSE) has decided to admit shares of City Service AB to the VSE Main List provided that by June 7, 2007, the company fulfils the conditions set by the Board of the VSE, to ensure full compliance with the requirements stipulated in the VSE Trading Rules.

“The new entrant to the Vilnius Stock Exchange has been awaited by all market participants. We are delighted to welcome a new company to the exchange and we truly wish them success with public offering”, said Arminta Saladziene, Chairman of the Management Board of the Vilnius Stock Exchange.

The company’s shares must be distributed to the public to the extent of at least 25% of the authorized capital represented by the class of shares concerned. Provided the conditions set by the Board of the VSE are fulfilled, shares of City Service AB will be listed on June 8, 2007, which will be the first trading day.

City Service AB – a leader of the facility management market in the Baltic States, the first one to introduce a complex of facility management services in Lithuania and actively onward to the markets of foreign countries.

During its existence the company has developed to a large real estate maintenance company group, which consists of the parent company City Service and 12 daughter companies operating both in Lithuanian and foreign cities: Riga, St.Petersburg and Kiev. City Service supervises a total of 8.6 million square meters of building area.
