Danske Bank became a member of the Baltic stock exchanges

The management boards of Tallinn Stock Exchange, Riga Stock Exchange and Vilnius Stock Exchange approved the membership application and granted membership to A/S Danske Bank as of February 27, 2006.

Danske Bank is the largest bank in Denmark and a leading player in the Scandinavian financial markets. The Danske Bank Group offers a wide range of financial services, including insurance, mortgage finance, asset management, brokerage, real estate and leasing services.

Danske Bank will start trading under trading code DDB on March 1, 2006.

The Baltic exchanges have now altogether 40 members.
