First structured bonds admitted to the NASDAQ OMX Baltic Bond list

Vilnius, January 12, 2011 – NASDAQ OMX Vilnius announces that from January 18, 2011, two structured bonds issued by SEB bankas will be admitted to the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Bond List. The first issue „SEB Skandinavia – 1“ is linked to the performance of the Nordic stocks (Volvo AB, ABB Ltd, Outokumpu OYJ and etc.) basket. The second issue „SEB metals – 1“ is linked to the performance of the metals (copper, aluminium, zinc and etc.) basket. Both issues will be redeemed after 1 129 days. It is the first time when structured bonds are going to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Baltic market.

Structured bonds are debt instruments return of which depends upon the performance of the underlying instruments such as equities, commodities, currencies and etc.
