One of Estonia’s largest gatherings of investing enthusiasts – Tark Raha (Smart Money) – will take place on November 3 at Kultuurikatel, Tallinn.
The times in the world economy are exciting. In Denmark, you can take a home loan with a negative interest rate. On November 1, the European Central Bank will resume throwing money into the economy from a helicopter. The fight for sustainable growth has never been more passionate than it is now. Tark Raha helps the investor to better navigate in this environment.
First of all, we’ll review the situation in the global economy. Kaspar Oja, an economist at the Bank of Estonia, sheds light on the key figures of the macro economy. Kaarel Ots, the head of the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange, will lead a discussion on the current and future economic situation with Kaspar Oja, Madis Toomsalu, the CEO of LHV Group and Aivo Adamson, chairman of the management Board of Alexela.

After the roundtable, we will hear more about two listed companies and one (most likely) to be listed company. Harri Hanschmidt – the member of the management board of Tallink Grupp; Risto Mäeots – the CEO of Magnetic MRO; Margus Rink – the chairman of the management board of Coop Pank.

The next speaker will be Marek Kiisa – a technology investor and entrepreneur (and a former formula driver!). Marek talks about who an angel investor is and what ’angel investing’ actually means. Marek’s portfolio includes or has included companies such as GrabCad, Bolt, Pipedrive, Veriff, Monese and others.

The last speaker of the day is a man who does not need an introduction for an Estonian retail investor – Jaak Roosaare. Jaak is a true self-made man, and he shares the knowledge he has accumulated over his 20-year investment career.
NB! The conference will be held in Estonian language!
