"Latvijas kuģniecība" shares auctioned at LVL 0.34

Today, on September 15, the remaining 11,515,086 or 5.75% state-owned shares in JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība”were put out for sale at an auction.

10,651,398 shares or 92.5% were sold. The calculated price was LVL 0.34. The auction results still need to be approved by Privatisation Agency Management Board.

“Latvijas kuģniecība” is listed on the RSE Official list, and is a part of price index RICI and capitalisation index Dow Jones RSE.
