Lietuvos energija, AB shares listed on the NASDAQ OMX Baltic Main List

Riga, September 1, 2011 — NASDAQ OMX Riga announces that Lietuvos energija, AB (short name: LNR1L) today starts trading of its shares on the NASDAQ OMX Baltic Main List.

Lietuvos energija, AB was established on July 20, 2011 after reorganization of Lietuvos Energija AB and Lietuvos Elektrine AB by merger. After the reorganization both companies ended their activities as legal entities transferring their property, rights and obligations to the new legal entity, Lietuvos energija, AB.
