Linas Agro Group AB shares on the Main List of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius

Vilnius, February 17, 2010 – From today (February 17, 2010) shares of Linas Agro Group AB are admitted to the Main List of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius. The decision was made at the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Management Board meeting on February 12, 2010, considering that Linas Agro Group had fulfilled the conditions set by NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Management Board.


“Linas Agro Group showed to other Lithuanian companies that today capital markets can provide financing needed for growth, – said Arminta Saladžienė, Chairman of the Management Board and president of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius.  – We are delighted to welcome a new company on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius, and are especially pleased that Linas Agro Group’s owners made the right decision to offer a significant number of shares for trading on the stock exchange, which, undoubtedly, will increase their liquidity”.

During the period between 25.01.2010 – 05.02.2010 AB Linas Agro Group successfully implemented the initial public offering of its shares. The lead manager and underwriter Swedbank, AB reports that in total 47,284,769 shares in AB Linas Agro Group have been allocated to the investors. In total 44,228,702 shares (i.e. 93.5 percent from the overall number of the allocated shares) have been distributed to the institutional investors for LTL 2.05 per share. The remaining 3,056,067 shares (i.e. 6.5 percent from the overall number of the allocated shares) have been distributed to the retail investors for LTL 2.05 per share. 43 institutional investors and 459 retail investors have become the new shareholders of AB Linas Agro Group.
