The Supervisory Board of ECSD approved on August 8 Merita Bank’s application to obtain the ECSD account operator status. Before starting to operate as an account operator, Merita Bank and the ECSD also need to sign the respective contract. ECSD has now five account operators: Hansapank, Eesti Ühispank, Eesti Krediidipank, Optiva Pank and Merita.
