New Council and Management Board approved for Riga Stock Exchange and Latvian Central Depository

On March 6, 2007, at Riga Stock Exchange general shareholders meeting new company’s Council was approved. Members of the new Council at Riga Stock Exchange are: President of OMX Information Services & New Markets Mr. Hans – Ole Jochumsen, President of OMX Baltic Markets Mr. Johan Ruden, Mr. Kristaps Strazds, Mr. Guntars Kokorevičs, Mr. Teuvo Rossi, Mr. Pekka Peiponen and Mr. Elmārs Prikšāns.

Also new Council was approved for Latvian Central Depository. Members of the Council at Latvian Central Depository are: President of OMX Information Services & New Markets Mr. Hans – Ole Jochumsen, President of OMX Baltic Markets Mr. Johan Ruden, Mr. Roberts Idelsons, Mr. Elmārs Prikšāns, Mr. Teuvo Rossi and Mr. Pekka Peiponen.

On March 8, 2007, Council of Riga Stock Exchange also approved new Management Board of company. As Chairman of the Management Board was approved Daiga Auziņa – Melalksne. Members of the Management Board at Riga Stock Exchange also are Mr. Indars Aščuks and Mrs. Liene Dubava.

New Management Board also was approved for Latvian Central Depository. Members of the Management Board at Latvian Central Depository are: Mr. Aivars Slokenbergs who is Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Indars Aščuks and Mr. Raitis Vancāns.

Changes in Council and Management Board of Riga Stock Exchange and Latvian Central Depository have been submitted for registration in the Commercial Registry.
