New Councils for the RSE and LCD

A new Council has been elected and registered for the Riga Stock Exchange. It will be chaired by Hans-Ole Jochumsen, OMX Exchanges Vice President and CEO of Copenhagen Stock Exchange. His deputy is Jochan Rudèn, Head of OMX Exchanges Baltic Markets. The other Council members are Guntars Kokorevičs, the former RSE Chairman of Management Board; Teuvo Rossi, Head of OMX Exchanges Business Control; Gert Tiivas, Head of OMX Exchanges Growth Markets; Māris Mančinskis, Management Board member of Hansabanka; and Roberts Idelsons, President of Parex Asset Management.

The Chairman of the Latvian Central Depository Council will be Hans-Ole Jochumsen; his Deputy is Jochan Rudèn; and Council members are Teuvo Rossi; Gert Tiivas; Māris Mančinskis; and Ansis Grasmanis , Vice President of SEB Latvijas Unibanka.

As reported earlier, Daiga Auziņa-Melalksne has been appointed Chairman of the Riga Stock Exchange Management Board, Indars Aščuks is her deputy. Ēriks Timpars, CFO, is another Management Board member. Aivars Slokenbergs will continue to be Chairman of the Latvian Central Depository Management Board; the Board members are Daiga Auziņa-Melalksne and Indars Aščuks.
