Press Release, March 24, 2006

The Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius stock exchanges opened the Baltic Fund Center – an information environment on investment funds for investors. Information on publicly offered funds in the Baltic States is presented in a readily comparable manner on the website www.omxgroup.com/balticfunds .  The Baltic Fund Center brings more transparency to the funds and helps to make investment decisions. 72 investment funds, including 22 Estonian, 13 Latvian, 10 Lithuanian and 27 Finnish funds have joined the Fund Center.

The Fund Center allows the management companies to present the fund information in a comparable manner on the common website of the Baltic exchanges. All indicators presented in Baltic Fund Center are calculated using the same formula. By launching the Fund Center, the Baltic exchanges contribute to the quality of the information on funds.

“The Baltic Fund Center will be a user-friendly tool for investors where it will be easy to follow and compare different funds with each other. This will also increase the visibility and transparency of the funds available on the Baltic market, which hopefully will increase the interest of investing in funds,” said Johan Rudén, President of the Baltic Market business unit at OMX.

In addition to the daily fund information – fund’s net asset value per fund unit (NAV), the website also presents historic performance, periodic reports, prospectuses and rules of the funds. Certain values can also be viewed graphically over a given period of time.

The investment funds available via the Baltic Fund Center website can be sorted by fund type (equity funds, mixed funds, etc.), country, and asset management company. The Baltic Fund Center website can be read in four languages – Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and English. Besides the currency of the fund unit’s denomination, funds’ data can be viewed in four currencies – kroon, lat, litas, and euro. Funds can join the Baltic Fund Center by making a listing agreement or information distribution agreement with any of the Baltic stock exchanges.

The Baltic Fund Center’s website covers the funds of the following management companies:
