Panevezio statybos trestas AB shares to be listed on the Main List of the Vilnius Stock Exchange

„The new entrant to the Main List – Panevezio Statybos Trestas AB is currently one of the most actively traded companies on the Vilnius Stock Exchange. It is the first company from the construction and engineering industry joining the Main List of our exchange, so two Estonian construction and engineering companies will now have a Lithuanian peer on the Baltic Main List ”, said Dalia Jasulaityte, Chairman of the VSE Management Board.

The core activity of the company is construction of industrial, commercial and public buildings, arrangement of outdoor engineering systems, utilities and restoration of architectural heritage buildings.

As of January 1, 2006, the company’s market capitalization stood at LTL 228,900 thousand (EUR 66,294 thousand) and as of June 30, 2006 – LTL 171,675 thousand (EUR 49,721 thousand). The authorized capital of the company is LTL 16,350 thousand  (EUR 4,735 thousand), which consists of 16,350,000 ordinary registered shares at LTL 1 par (EUR 0.289). As of March 31, 2006 shareholder equity equaled LTL 37,669 thousand (EUR 10,910 thousand). In 2005 and 2004, the net profit of the company made LTL 10,652 thousand (EUR 3,085 thousand) and LTL 2,563 thousand (EUR 742 thousand), accordingly. 

As of June 22, 2006, the company had 882 shareholders. The largest shareholders (holding more than 5% of the company’s authorized capital) are the following: Panevezio keliai AB  – 49.78%, the clients of the Hansabank – 16.07 %, Suprema AS (Riga)  – 5.33 %, Suprema Securities AS (Estonia) – 4.03 %.
