The Supervisory Board of the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) held its meeting on September 7, 2000.

1. Supervisory Board elected Mr. Kalev Tanner as its chairman. Kalev Tanner is the CEO of Baltic Cresco Investment Group. Mr. Tanner has been a member of TSE Supervisory Board since October 1998.

2. Supervisory Board elected Mr. Tarmo Amer as the member of TSE Management Board. Mr. Amer is the deputy CEO of Tallinn Stock Exchange.

3. Due to expiration of tenure of office, the Supervisory Board re-elected Riho Rasmann, Kalle Norberg, Toomas Luman, Henn Oit and Indrek Rahumaa as the members of TSE Listing Committee. Kristel Kivinurm (Trigon Securities) was elected as the new member of TSE Listing Committee. Erkki Raasuke, Mart Habakuk and Roy Vaimand will continue as members of the Listing Committee.

4. Supervisory Board heard the Management Board’s report on the progress of restructuring of TSE and ECDS.
