TSE Supervisory Board decisions

The Supervisory Board of Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) held its meeting on May 28, 2001.

1. The Council elected Jouni Torasvirta as Vice-chairman of the Supervisory Council of TSE.
   
   
2. The Council elected Gert Tiivas and Jaanus Erlemann as members of the Management Board of TSE for a tenure of three years. Gert Tiivas was appointed as the Chairman of the Management Board of TSE for a tenure of three years.
   
   
3. The Council directed the Management Board to conduct ad hoc consultations with stakeholders – members, account operators, issuers, shareholders and other interested parties – regarding all material changes to Rules and Regulations of TSE and ECDS rules.
   
   
4. The Council discussed the activities and priorities of TSE group companies during year 2001. Particularly, the HEX – TSE integration plan was discussed. The goal of the integration project is to implement trading in Estonian products in HEX system by year-end.
