Vilnius Stock Exchange to list Apranga APB corporate bond issue

From July 11, 2007, a corporate registered bond issue of the Apranga APB will be admitted to the Vilnius Stock Exchange (VSE) Bond List. Such a decision was made at the VSE Management Board meeting on July 2, 2007.

A 730-day issue of 200,000 corporate registered bonds at LTL 100 (EUR 28.96) face value of Apranga APB will be admitted to the VSE Bond List. The total nominal value of the issue amounts to LTL 20,000,000 (EUR 5,792,400). The bonds will be redeemed on June15, 2009. The bonds give a right to annual interest of 5.99 %.

On March 31, 2007, the authorized capital of Apranga APB amounted to LTL 35,292 thousand (EUR 10,221 thousand). In 2006 and 2005 the net profit of the company totaled LTL 9,373 thousand (EUR 2,715 thousand) and LTL 3,980 thousand (EUR 1,153 thousand), accordingly. The net profit of the Apranga group in 2006 and 2005 amounted to LTL 17,436 thousand (EUR 5,050 thousand) and LTL 8,899 thousand (EUR 2,577 thousand), accordingly.

As of June 18, 2007, the largest shareholders are the following: MG Baltic Investment UAB – 52.5 % , the clients of the Hansapank AS – 14 % and the clients of the Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken –6.2 %.

The public company Apranga is a distinct leader of retail trade in wearing apparel in Lithuania, covering 36% of the organized clothing market of the country. In addition to the parent company Apranga APB, the Apranga group includes subsidiary companies, which operate the franchise ZARA stores in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia or trade in foreign markets. Apranga represents 40 widely known European clothes manufacturing companies and trademarks. In the beginning of 2003, the company entered the Latvian market and in mid 2004 it joined the Estonian market.
