Vilnius Stock Exchange to list Hanner AB corporate bond issue

From March 21, 2007, a registered corporate bond issue of the Hanner AB will be admitted to the Vilnius Stock Exchange (VSE) Bond List. Such a decision was made at the VSE Management Board meeting on March 13, 2007.

A 731-day issue of 100,000 registered bonds at EUR 100 face value of the Hanner AB is admitted to the VSE Bond List. The total nominal value of the issue amounts to EUR 10,000,000. The bonds will be redeemed on February 20, 2009. The coupon rate of the bonds equals to 6.2 %.

Hanner AB is a successfully growing real estate investor and developer, actively developing its activity in Lithuania, Latvia, Romania and Ukraine. The main activity of the company is the development of real estate projects, including projecting buildings for various purposes, building office complexes and buildings for other commercial purposes, building residential areas and creation construction concepts for real estate sites.

Since the company was found the market value of the company’s implemented real estate projects reached over EUR 159 million.

On February 28, 2007, the authorized capital of Hanner AB amounted to LTL 16,000 thousand (EUR 4,634 thousand). Unaudited net profit of the company during the nine months of 2007 reached LTL 16,902 thousand (EUR 4,895 thousand). In 2005 and 2004, the net profit of the company totaled LTL 43,540 thousand (EUR 12,610 thousand) and LTL 84,628 thousand (EUR 24,510 thousand), accordingly. The main shareholder of the company is Mr. Arvydas Avulis, who ownes 100 % of the company’s authorized capital.
