Vilnius Stock Exchange to list Pieno zvaigzdes AB corporate bond issue

From October 27, 2006, a registered coupon bond issue of the Pieno zvaigzdes AB will be admitted to the Vilnius Stock Exchange (VSE) Bond List. Such a decision was made at the VSE Management Board meeting on October 19, 2006.

A 1096-day issue of 200,000 registered coupon bonds at LTL 100 (EUR 28.96) face value of Pieno zvaigzdes AB is admitted to the VSE Bond List. The total nominal value of the issue amounts to LTL 20,000,000 (EUR 5,792,400). The bonds will be redeemed on October 2, 2009. The bonds give a right to annual interest of 4.96 %.

The authorized capital of Pieno zvaigzdes AB amounts to LTL 54,205 thousand (EUR 15,699 thousand). During the first half of 2006 the net profit of the company reached LTL 7,263 thousand (EUR 2.104 thousand). In 2005 the net profit of the company totaled LTL 15,294 thousand (EUR 4,429 thousand). On September 30, 2006, Pieno zvaigzdes AB had 4,286 shareholders. The following shareholders held over 5 % of all company’s votes: the clients of the Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (Sweden) – 16,47%, Agrolitas Imeks Lesma UAB -11,20%, Julius Kvaraciejus -10,00%, Swedfund International – 8,72%, Smilgele ZUKB – 7,69%, the clients of the Hansabank (Estonia)- 7,14%.

Pieno zvaigzdes AB established itself as a leading dairy in the Baltic States with primary focus on fresh dairy products and a sound base of export oriented sales.
