Summus Capital OÜ is a real estate investment holding company which, together with its subsidiaries that own, manage and lease real estate, forms the Summus Capital Group. The first company in the Group was established in 2013, when Summus Group began operations in Estonia, where the Company is also registered. The Summus Group portfolio comprises 15 real estate assets across the Baltic States and Poland, covering the retail, office, industrial/logistics and healthcare sectors. As of the second quarter of 2026, the Group manages nearly 300,000 square metres of leasable space with a total value of EUR 630 million. In autumn 2025, the credit rating agency Scope Ratings GmbH reaffirmed Summus Capital OÜ’s issuer rating at BB/Stable and its senior unsecured debt rating at BB. Summus Capital’s bonds are listed and traded on the Nasdaq First North Baltic MTF market and the Nasdaq Baltic regulated market.
