Background information:
Summus Capital OÜ is an Estonian-registered real estate investment holding company which, together with its subsidiaries that own, manage and lease real estate, forms the Summus Capital Group. The Group commenced operations in Estonia in 2013. The Summus Group portfolio comprises real estate assets in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, spanning the retail, office, industrial/logistics and healthcare sectors.
As of the end of the second quarter of 2026, the Group’s portfolio comprised approximately 300,000 square metres of leasable area and more than 400 tenants. The Group’s investment property amounted to EUR 620 million, while consolidated total assets reached EUR 665 million.
In September 2026, Scope Ratings GmbH assigned Summus Capital OÜ a B+/Stable issuer rating under its updated General Corporate Rating Methodology and also assigned a B+ rating to its senior unsecured debt.
Summus Capital’s bonds are admitted to trading on the Nasdaq First North Baltic MTF market and the Nasdaq Baltic regulated market.
