Background Information
The Urban HUB business and commercial parks in Vilnius and Kaunas comprise one of the largest portfolios of this type of real estate in the Baltics. The total development area of these projects amounts to nearly 90,000 square meters of leasable space, of which almost 50,000 square meters have already been developed and are home to more than 60 tenants.
Urban HUB projects are developed by SBA Urban, a real estate company of the SBA Group, together with strategic equity partners – the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and TABA Invest.
