Kaita Development is the group's real estate development company, focusing on the development of modern residential and multifunctional objects in Vilnius. The company's strategy is based on the principles of sustainable urbanism and the creation of high added value for end buyers, investors, the city and its communities. In terms of sales volumes, Kaita Development ranked 9th among Lithuanian real estate development companies in 2025.
Currently, Kaita Development is actively developing the Moods, Newton and OFF projects for sale in Vilnius, with a total of 685 apartments planned. These projects are located in city locations where high-quality urban and infrastructure changes are taking place, creating opportunities for the development of modern housing solutions. Kaita Development projects feature innovative architectural elements and are focused on the modern urban resident. The successfully distributed EUR 4.5 million bond issue is intended for the further development of the group and the acquisition and development of new projects.
In addition to operations in Lithuania, Kaita Development coordinates the development of co-living projects of Kaita Group companies under the Youston brand and construction management in foreign countries. In September 2025, the Youston conversion project in the center of Riga was completed in Riga. In December 2025, large-scale works began in London, in the Tower Hamlets district, converting an existing historic building into a modern co-living center.
