The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in equity securities of companies located in Russia. The base currency of the Fund is US dollars.

On July 10, 2017, the CBL Eastern European Select Equity Fund (ISIN LV0000400851) was added to the CBL Asset Management IPAS CBL Russian Equity Fund (ISIN LV0000400190). After the merger, the CBL Eastern European Select Equity Fund has ended its operations.
