ABOUT REORGANIZATION PLAN

 

On 08.09.1999 Aon Re (Switzerland) Ltd. submitted to the 

Insurance Inspectorate an application to postpone the 

discussion of ASA Kindlustus AS and AB Elukindlustuse 

AS reorganization plan to 13.09.1999.

 

In accordance with ASA Kindlustus AS announcement published 

on 07.09.1999, the parties were to discuss the initial 

reorganization plan on 10.09.1999.
